THERMOFORMED PACKAGING

PET

PET is the most widely recycled plastic in the world. It is clear, durable, chemically inert, eco-friendly, and lightweight, which allows for the manufacture of large but light containers that are strong and safe. Packaging made from it can also be easily decorated with printed designs or effects to suit different product or brand aesthetics. Eco-PET 100 is made from 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Content.

  • EN 15343 (free of IEPNR Spanish tax).Origin bottle water flake as the most.
  • Food contact certification.
  • High transparency, excellent thermoforming ability with deep forming
  • Excellent chemical and impact resistance
  • Available O² Barrier, anti fogging and heat and cold resistance

  Specifications

  • Silicon treated one or 2 sides (from 1:10 to 1:50)
  • Thickness range: From 200µm~800µm
  • Width range : 400mm to 800mm (or small multiples)

  Application items

  • Clamsell Packaging the edges can be sealed if airtight protection
  • Tipically for food container: fresh food, ready-cooked food, etc

PVC

PVC is highly durable and offers excellent resistance chemical damage, water and moisture, and abrasion. Because it’s so versatile and can be blended with a variety of additives to change its properties from extremely rigid to soft and flexible, it’s commonly used in thermoforming, while its dimensional stability and low melting point makes it ideal for that propose.

  • Safe and secure
  • Excellent thermoforming characteristics
  • Enhanced de-nesting properties
  • Good sealability
  • Improved temperature and impact resistance
  • Sustainable solution that is recyclable
  • Endless color options, including transparent, translucent and opaque colors
  • Manufactured in a controlled environment to the strictest current GMP standards

  Specifications

  • Thickness range: From 100µm~1mm
  • Width range : 150mm to 800mm (or small multiples)

  Application items

  • fresh food, ready-cooked food, etc
  • Tipically for Blisters

PS (Polyestirene)

PS is a versatile plastic that can be rigid or foamed. Pure polystyrene is a colorless, hard plastic with limited flexibility, and has a relatively low melting point. Typical applications include protective packaging, food service packaging, bottles, and food containers.

  • Versatility – can be rigid or foamed
  • Strength – significant stiffness in both foamed and rigid forms
  • Excellent moisture barrier for short shelf-life products
  • Clarity – mostly colored opaque (can be clear)
  • Low thermal conductivity and exceptional insulation properties in foamed form

  Specifications

  • Thickness range: From 50µm~700µm
  • Wide width range

  Application items

  • Disposable food containers like hinged takeout containers (clamshells)
  • Food service applications: cups, plates, bowls, and cutlery.Meat and poultry containers, and rigid food containers

PP (Polypropylene)

PP is tough, but flexible and resistant to chemicals. In addition, PP’s high melting point makes it ideal for hot-filled liquids. The most common use for PP in thermoforming is in the production of food packaging.

  • Strength – very soft and resilient (zero cracking)
  • Versatility – tough and flexible
  • Barrier to moisture
  • Clarity – mostly colored opaque or translucent
  • Resistance to chemicals, grease, oil, and heat
  • Long heat cycle
  • Very high yield

  Specifications

  • Thickness range: From 100µm~1mm
  • Width range : 150mm to 800mm (or small multiples)

  Application items

  • Microwave-safe plastic
  • Margarine tubs
  • Medicine bottles
